Health & Wellness have been an evolution throughout my life. Growing and stretching have always been a part of me.
As the youngest of three daughters, I was ‘the wild one,’ seeking adventure and movement. Dance was a large focus through childhood and college. I celebrated my graduation from college by running in a marathon and participating in an AIDs bike ride from Minneapolis to Chicago - within three weeks of each other!
Once I made may home in San Francisco, I met my husband (at a gym) and now have four beautiful sons. We continued exploring new adventures through travel: bungee jumps in New Zealand, hiking Mount Kilimonjaro and medical missions in Ethiopia.
My work experience in San Francisco as a Child Life Specialist allowed me to support children and families in medical crisis where I strive to clarify the importance of balance in life and meeting one's needs; physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. A person cannot be healed without looking at all aspects of their being. And that’s where I’ve found my path; helping people actualize their potential, hold them accountable and cheer them on while they access their greatness! Community and connection are key and we all need to lift one another up to be seen. That is my hope for you!
